As long as you get the same dome bulb that looks exactly like the oem ones they go right in!

Some people hard wire them in and all that crazy stuff cuz they make their own custom LED boards and what-not.

But if you just want a direct fitting LED dome light, then those LEDs on the link I provided are the way to go

Blue LEDs FTW!

But you mentioned dome lights so you probably already knew that. I have a bright white LED map light up front so I can see better, but both blue LEDs in the rear dome lights just for looks
