I did email
cesiumXRS he did give me permission to use his write up. He is simply too busy with school.
The credit goes to him for this.
I have since lost that email. But I can get it again. If needed.
this as a guide to set yours up... if you fail like I did many times it is not my responsibility. so to start off here are somethings you're going to need.
also I just finished typing this up and it is super long.... sorry when you're done make sure to double check everything
10mm hex (preferably on a ratchet).
flat head/ philips screw driver.
sand paper
a couple of washers
I used 2 16-18 gauge tap in connectors
pair of pliers
a few machine screws ( I forget what size they are but I took a picture)
some length of wire for your angel eyes/mini fuse connector
O-ring connector/some spade connectors oh and a switch if you're hooking the angel eyes up to a switch
and of course the complete set of projectors/balast/bulbs and control
I think that is everything.... aight like I said this is just how I did mine you can do yours however you like.
oh yeah it might be a good idea just to connect everything to get power so you can test it first especially if you plan on painting your headlights black unless you have a spare you will be fcked cause you will have nothing to replace it with....
starting off when doing anything with electronics remove the negative terminal

next remove your front bumper
(I was going to post a link to this so I could skip this explaination, but the link doesn't work anymore so i'll just describe it)
1. remove screw inner fender above left/right wheel
2. remove screw next to headlamp
3. center clip(remove with flat head)
4. 2 more clips underneath above foglights
5 disconnect fog lights don't forget this one if you have fogs... its pretty hard holding/pulling the bumper off when these are still connect
6. 2 screws under left/right chins
I think thats everything... i'm sure most of you have already taken your bumper off before...

time to remove the headlamps... there are three screws for each

for this last one you're prolly going to need an extender

set the oven to about 200 then turn it off(make sure you turn it off or daaamn you done messed up) set it to about 10-15mins should be able to open them up( you can start working on the balast while you wait)
forgot to take pictures of this but when i get my new headlamp i can add them, but after you open it there is one screw holding the side reflector part on... and there are 2 screws holding the high/low part on.
next compeletly loosen the adjuster use the 10mm
next push in the little black plastic thing top and bottom
lastly carefully pull the reflector off the back casing
this is the location I decided to use for the ballast fits on both sides

so place the ballast mark the screw locations and drill your holes... this is the screw size I used you might want to find a 1/2 inch length cause those took forever to screw in, but that's your choice

for the bottom of the ballast you might want to attach a nut to secure it

as you can see this is why it took forever
here's a picture of the ballast installed
next up is mounting the control... I thought I was going to be able to use the same location for both so i only took a picture of the mounting location on the left side because i already installed it on the right and didn't want to take it off just for a picture
so here's the hole (left side but the location on the right is the same) use the bottom one in the picture

you're going to use the gold screws that should of came in th projector box

also you're going to need a washer

so the angle might be a little tough but place the screw through the control mount... then through the back connect the washer and the holding nut.. now use the pliers to secure the nut as you tighten the bolt with a screw driver from the front.

here's the mounting location for the other control

do it the same way as the other control place the screw through connect the washer/nut from the back screw till tight
now that both are connected lets wire up the power and grounds
ground for the left side

ground for the right side

next up you're going to need a length of wire to connect your angel eyes(I used some left over speaker wire I had)

I cut the wires long enough to go from the left headlight all the way to the inside of the car you'll see why in a sec... so here's a pic of the passenger side solder and heat shrinked

there's a hole you can put the wire through here (yes i only have one hella horn the other one broke so i plugged the stock one back in)

so when you get to the other side use the 2 tap in connectors to connect into the wire( I don't think the angel eyes are polar sensitive but just try to connect the same color wires)

next crimp you're O-ring to one of the wires and connect it to the negative terminal.

now you can wire your power cable through this gromet in the driverside

connect a length of wire to your mini fuse connector

crimp a spade connector to one the power cable that you just put through the gromet and to the end coming from the mini fuse connector( now the angel eyes are at your control)

now you're almost there go take a break and get a drink!! hhaaha
so lastly this part is pretty simple.... this is the hole where i put the connector for the angel eyes(had to sand it a little to get it to fit)
Keith here, I have done a lot of headlights and I have yet had to do this, but you might
keeping the clear rubber on the inner part of the lamp place it through the hole (top side up)

next put the washer and lock nut

at this point it would be a good idea to connect the low/high reflector to the back casing and mount it to your car to check alignment and height issues when everything is good it's time to finish up
lastly seal the headlamp back up reverse of taking it apart
now plugging everything this is pretty straight forward everything is labeled
plugged the blue high wires into the stock high connector

plug the white low wires into the low

connect the HID wires

plug the ballast into the control

everything wired up ready to go
